Terms and Conditions – 91 Game Pakistan Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 91 game ("91 game", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website available at 91game.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using 91 game in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 91 game, including sports betting, cricket betting, football betting, virtual sports, poker, Andar Bahar, and any other games or features introduced to the platform from time to time. Where specific product terms differ from these general Terms, the product-specific terms will take precedence for that product.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on 91 game. Continued use of the platform after any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access real-money games and betting on 91 game, you must register a player account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information including your mobile number, full name, and date of birth.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and review of any pending withdrawals.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 91 game will never ask for your password via chat or email.
• You must immediately notify 91 game support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Accounts registered by third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted. You must register your own account using your own identity and payment methods.

If it is established that an account was registered by a player under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

91 game supports the following Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 91 game.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the same 91 game account. You cannot withdraw to a method you have not deposited with.
• 91 game does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party processing fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 91 game's control and responsibility.

• 91 game reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account policy violations, or incomplete verification.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once on any real-money game may not be withdrawn as cash. Bonus-funded balances are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• Daily deposit limits and withdrawal limits may apply at certain account levels. Players who wish to increase their limits should contact support.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically where stated, or upon manual request through the promotions page or support team.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and any winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by the account holder only. Exploiting bonuses through systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• 91 game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being misused.

• Free bets and free tournament tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings generated from free bets, above the free bet stake amount, may be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements.

The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports betting on 91 game. Additional sport-specific rules may be published in the relevant product section of the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed. In the case of obvious pricing errors, 91 game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• The minimum bet stake on any market is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the betslip at the time of placement.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed, except where 91 game offers a specific cash-out or bet cancellation feature on the relevant market, subject to the terms of that feature.
• If a match or event is abandoned before the result is determined, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned, unless the relevant sport-specific rules state otherwise (for example, cricket rules regarding minimum overs).
• Live in-play bets are placed at the risk of the player. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, 91 game cannot guarantee continuous availability of markets during a match. Markets may be suspended or removed at any point during an event.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If any single leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs at reduced odds.
• 91 game uses official match and competition results as reported by the governing body of the relevant sport. Results from unofficial sources are not accepted as a basis for settling bets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the decision of 91 game's trading team is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

• Poker games on 91 game are played between registered players. 91 game takes a rake from each cash game pot and charges a registration fee on tournament buy-ins, as published in the poker lobby. These fees fund the platform and prize pool contributions.
• Collusion between players — including sharing hole cards, chip dumping, or coordinating play to benefit one player at the expense of others — is strictly prohibited. 91 game uses active monitoring systems to detect collusion and will permanently ban accounts found to be involved.
• Andar Bahar, virtual sports, and other casino-style games are for entertainment purposes. Results are determined entirely by the certified RNG system and are not influenced by any external factor.

• In the event of a software malfunction during a game, any round affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. Partial wins generated during a malfunctioning round are not valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 91 game. Any player found to be engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with 91 game in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be reversed.
• Using the 91 game platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, to claim additional bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information betting, or corruption of sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 91 game staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information to 91 game.

91 game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Self-exclusion request by the player under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 91 game will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and notify the player of the outcome. If an account is permanently closed without any violation being found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting 91 game support at support@91game.ws. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's most recently used payment method, subject to verification requirements.

The decision of 91 game's compliance team on sporting and game outcome disputes is final.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the language of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
